We are an investment company, with a simple and successful formula. We acquire city centre office blocks to convert to residential apartments, in prime locations within UK regional cities. Typically we look to develop 30-130 apartments per building with first class amenities and complementary retail or office space. We work in partnership with local expert developers, enabling them to reduce their risk to these projects and undertake more work. We have the flexibility to hold or sell completed projects to meet market demands.
