We invest our own money in each transaction and are not governed by rules and do not have to report to external committees – we have the resources and appetite to act quickly and can acquire unconditionally.
We work with trusted property developers who have an outstanding track record and deep insight into their local area. Our partnerships with developers, including funding specific projects, allows them to reduce their financial exposure to these projects and undertake more work.
Typically for each project we look to create 30-130 apartments alongside other complimentary uses. We fund developments to a high specification with the amenities that make our schemes great places to live, to work and to relax.
We are building our Investment portfolio and have the flexibility to hold our apartments to rent and or to offer for sale depending on the location and demand. Our style is to be approachable and straightforward to deal with – ask the people we work with.
